Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on client projects in Dubai while being a critical part of Bizinso’s growth journey. Initial training will take place in Mumbai to familiarize you with project requirements, followed by permanent relocation to Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring satisfaction.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and designers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance to teams and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in software development or IT services.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and cloud-based technologies.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
